The future of flat screen TV's will be OLED technology, replacing Plasma and LCD. Sony already has an 11inch OLED display. They feature a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio (read that again). Typical LCD or Plasam TV's will only be 10,000:1 ratio. This means you have a brighter more vivid image.
